Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Rebecca V Gallery to bring a greater awareness of art to the city of Tacoma and the greater Puget Sound region.

The gallery will provide a venue for outstanding Tacoma area artists, as well as national and international artists.

Exhibits will change monthly.

It is the gallery's goal to offer a friendly alternative to the 'high brow' exclusivity typically associated with the art world.

Rebecca V Gallery will also have art programs in conjunction with Tacoma schools, and engage the youth of Tacoma in a dynamic, hands-on, creative process.

The gallery space will also be used to host artistic community events such as art appreciation classes, and theatrical performances.
